Whomever believes this is a decent place to live must either be paid by Alliance or smoking crack. We moved in 2 years ago after we looked at the model. Little did we know that our apartment wasn't like the model. For instance, the model has a pantry and ours does not. Who the doesn't have use for a pantry' With the very limited cupboard space, we barely have room for our dishes. Don't even get me started on our move in list that was 2 whole pages in length. Surprise, Surprise not a thing on that list has been touched in 2 years.

Violence does NOT happen in every community. I lived just over on Cheyenne and Soaring Gulls and the complex didn't have: a. Police helicopters flying over the complex at all hours of the night. b. Guns didn't get pulled on people going to work in the a.m. Oh let's not forget that the blood from the "incident" (as the office personnel referred to it)has not been cleaned up yet even though this happened a couple of weeks ago. Do I really need to go on'

I am now actually afraid to go outside my apartment after dark because there are so many "ghetto" people living here who aren't afraid to rob or shoot their neighbor.

Security patrol my behind!! I very rarely see them wandering the complex like they are PAID to do. Usually they have some hoochie mama wandering around with them when they do actually patrol..

My advice is to actually take time to talk to the people who will be your future neighbors and see if this IS the place that you want to live.

this review mirrors my opinion almost exactly of this place. now, i have beenhere going on 5 mos and my maintenance requests(grbge dispsl smells like someone died in my apt at all times, shower door brkn, toilet does not flush cuz of cmpltly rusted thru hardware)i told the MONTHS agao i had family visiting for the holidays, cld they pls take care of these probs/the sent a fix-it person who made a giant gouge in my bathtub, left dirty footprints everywhere, and did not apparently hv any sense of smell apparently, evidenced by his note "smell,?" regarding the putrid grbge dispsl!! shower door not even fixed. why do they have the power to ruin my credit if i cant pay 3 1/2 grnd to move in,yet i have NO rights as far as having my home cared for? THIS PLACE SUCKS!!

I so remember those days. I dont miss it at all. there are ways to break a lease without paying those charges. go to legal aid. they should be able to help you esp. being that the apt is becomming unlivable. good luck.
