Don't bother trying to talk to someone!

Don't bother trying to talk to management. They never answer the phone and while I lived there the office hours made it impossible to talk to someone in person if you held a full time job during the week.

Staff rating of one (unless they fired everyone AGAIN as they did twice while I lived there during a one year period) is WAY too high for this place.

absolutely agree with your review. have lived here for about 9 mos, i have had numerous concerns and things which have needed attention, and only ONCE have they picked up the phone. Also, they do not answer messages left no matter how crucial the matter! i can't WAIT until my lease is up...worst apts. have ever lived in.

I couldn't agree more. The staff was terrible and the complex was worst. Too many people hanging out at night. No rules in reguards to noise. Kids throwing rock around the complex. Unable to utilize the gym when I wanted to. Just a joke of a company. They make the place look great but once you move in then you get the real scoop a half cleaned apartment with tons of repairs needed and bug infestation. The worst first year in Las Vegas.

Update: they have already blemished my credit/fico score and Clark County Collections are their pit bully. These criminals ruined my credit without a Nevada Court Judgement nor was I ever evicted by "Cayman Bay" or "Entrata di Paradiso"...whatever silly name they go by. I currently am disputing their false allegations..I mailed dispute letters to all 3 credit bureaus. I also plan to seek professional consultation to mediate. After I have exhausted all alternatives...I will take Clark County Collections to Small Claims Court for the maximum of $1000. Reason: Wrongfully attaching a derogatory statement on my credit report without Proof of Judgement from the State of Nevada. These folks are criminals...please don't even consider moving here! You will thank me later...so will your credit score!
