My rent was paid on time every month with a receipt from them and every month I had a 5 day notice on my door for no reason. And every month when I went in to discuss what the issue was....they said it was a computer error and that they would fix it. It never happened. The office "lost" my money order for my rent payment and didnt tell me for a full month and now they are trying to evict me. I reported it to the police and they discovered that it was cashed by someone involved with the company. Even after the police report the company said that if I didnt pay again that they would evict me. They will not even try to contact you to let you know of a problem. They LIE to your face without a problem. They dont even want to pay you for your referral. I am taking them to court because this is ricidulous! Why should I be held accountable for money stolen by one of their employees. I EVEN HAVE MY RECEIPT FROM THEIR OFFICE. They refused to see reason and continue to lie to me and the police. And they even lie on the police. Their staff is very untrust worthy from the manager on down. BEWARE!!!!!The remodel apts. are very poorly done running paint, paint on things that shouldnt be painted, washing machine doesnt work properly they come out and SWEAR it does and wont fix it.The bathtubs and showers were put in when the building was first built. Tile grout yellowing in color and missing in spots. They should have taken the time to do the bathroom too. Dont let them fool you in to moving in here. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. RUN RUN FAST.

sorry to hear about that. I lived at those apartments when they where called Cayman Bay. My apartment was infested with roaches. I moved out of there without notice and left them hanging. That place is horrible and has lots of bad Karma. Make sure you file an answer on the 5 day that they gave you so that you can take all of your documents to the court house police reports, rent receipts etc. You may also want to contact the Nevada Fair Housing center and file a complaint. I wish you the best.

I had the same thing happen to me! I dropped my cashier check in their slot at night after work, and had a late NOT EVEN A LATE NOTICE but an EVICTION notice on my door about 17 days later! I went to the office to see what's up, and they said they didn't get the check. I called my bank, and luckily it had not been cashed, so I got a reissued check and dropped it off the SAME DAY. THE NEXT DAY a CONSTIBLE called me at work from INSIDE MY APARTMENT saying that he needed me to come get my cat or he would lock him in and I couldn't claim him! When I left work immediately and went to the office, the MIRACULOUSLY found the check after about THREE HOURS of garbage fighting with them. Then after my lease was up, they told me I had to give 120 DAYS notice to leave from a MONTH-TO-MONTH rent payments. REALLY? I got out of there in July of 08 and just now found out that they are trying to get $1500 from me from.....I don't even know what!! NEVER RENT HERE!! THIS PLACE IS HORRRRRRRIBLE!

Update: they have already blemished my credit/fico score and Clark County Collections are their pit bully. These criminals ruined my credit without a Nevada Court Judgement nor was I ever evicted by($2550 and counting...Ha!) "Cayman Bay" or "Entrata di Paradiso"...whatever silly name they go by. I currently am disputing their false allegations..I mailed dispute letters to all 3 credit bureaus. I also plan to seek professional consultation to mediate. After I have exhausted all alternatives...I will take Clark County Collections to Small Claims Court for the maximum of $1000. Reason: Wrongfully attaching a derogatory statement on my credit report without Proof of Judgement from the State of Nevada. These folks are criminals...please don't even consider moving here! You will thank me later...so will your credit score!
