I presently a resident and can't wait for my lease to end...the management staff is not go and area is unclean, no parking if you come home after 9pm, don't fix things in a timely fashion. Also drama at Entrata di Paradiso. I pay my rent every month on time and I get bad service from these people. Please if you and pay $950.00 live some where else. ( Read some letter I have been sending them)

Unsafe and Unhealthy environment
Dear Apartment Manager,
I Virginia Bethrant hereby is submitting first and final written letter about the problems that I am facing in the Alliance Residential Apartment at Entrada Paradiso. From the first month that I moved in there have been many plumbing problems in this apartment #2205. First the tub then the toilet bowl on three different occasions also the bathroom sink and the electrical breaker. The brand new refrigerator the first week was not working and was replace by another.
Then the loud music that comes from the apartment below me. I complained to you about that also still nothing was done about that I still have the loud music play all hours of the day. Plus there is cigarette smoke is coming out of the vents in my apartment.
The master bathroom and bedroom, laundry room and guest bathroom also. I asked one of the maintains work that came to fix the toilet bowl if the vent where contacted some how but he didn t know.
Also on Monday I made another verbal complaint about the cigarette smoking and ask one of you office employee to come to my apartment with me to smell what I am talking about but said that she could not smell what I was talking about.
According to my lease agreement with Alliance Residential Company #25 outline that lessee agrees to keep the volume of any radio, stereo, television or musical instrument at such a level which will not disturb the neighbors. Well this neighbor was and still been disturb by the loud music playing. Secondly, the Cigarette smoking the is coming from the down stairs apartment below me and according to my lease agreement with Alliance Residential Company #44 Environmental Indemnification: I have and still complaining about the second hand smoking that I am intake every day for 90 days now in your apartment.
I have been sick for weeks now because of the cigarette smoking that is come out of the vents from and apartment below me. I ask you to look into that at once. This is a very unsafe environment for me.

RE: Unacceptable action on Better Business Complaint dated 13 January 2009.
I am writing this letter to notify you of my displeasure with the resolution to my complaint submitted to your office in January 2009. In response to the letter from your office the Management Office of Entrata Di Paradiso has given me two options to eliminate the hazardous smoke that I must breath in my apartment every day from my neighbors below. The first is to pay out the rest of my lease so I can leave. The second, is that they will move me if I sign a new twelve month lease.
If this is a situation that I didn t cause how come I have to be the one who incurs the financial burden to correct it. Please assist me with this continuing health issue that I must combat each day. I have been forced to stuff towels in the air vents and a towel under my bathroom door to minimize the continual intrusion of cigarette smoke in my apartment.
Once again please, please help me with this matter and thank-you for your assistance.

RE: Notification of Maintenance Issue
I am writing this letter to notify you of a maintenance issue that I have as of the 4th of January 2009. I would like some type of response to my issue as soon as possible.
I have a floor squeak in the living room area just as you pass into the kitchen. It is very loud and you can feel the floor move. I also have slow drainage in the Master Bathroom shower. Please do not enter the apartment unless I am available.

Let me start by telling you that I am in fear of my life in my apartment at 2701 North Rainbow Blvd, Apt 2205 because of the events that have transpired over the last few days.

First, as I was resting in my apartment Friday evening, I was startled by all the noise at the entrance to our complex. I went to see numerous (I think about seven) police vehicles, two SWAT vans, a fire engine and an ambulance all enter through the gate. As I watched one of the Security Guards passed by, I asked, What was happening' he asked me to go back inside there was a hostage situation being addressed. Again, later I asked the same question to a member of the management and was told it was a custody dispute, nothing to worry about.

Secondly, I have already asked about the possibility to have a parking space close to my apartment, because I come home late, and now just last night I arrived home after 9:00pm to both of the front gates being wide open. As if that wasn t concerning enough there was also no lighting on at all. No lights at the front gate, no lights along the road in, no lights by the parking area and no lights on the building. Because of this I was forced to walk from my car to my apartment in the dark and try to open my apartment door with no lights.

I am very discouraged at this management s ability to address any of my concerns since I have been here and the situation continues to deteriorate almost on a daily basis. I must state again, that I am in fear of my life in apartment 2205 at 2701 North Rainbow Blvd. I respectfully request to be released from my current lease that will expire in June with no penalties.
