The office manager is only looking to screw people over, everything is nice and beautiful when you come in to look at the apartment complex. Once you move in their true colors come out. Roaches all over the place, they take forever to fix an issue and give a million and one excuses why they can't fix it, but our rent has to be paid on time no excuses there. This is by far the worse place I have ever lived in.

to think this place (1990 or so) was one of the top rentals in the NW Vegas area. i remember when Rainbow was still partial pave road when Cayman Bay was opening. i lived there for five years (2000 - 2005) and experienced the rapid decline when new owners came in. the gang shootings, graffiti, oppressive management, etc., started by 2003. The place sold for $55M in 2007 - way, way above market. this only indicates the owners have other plans for the 20 acres. meaning they don't give a darn about keeping the place clean.

Update: they have already blemished my credit/fico score and Clark County Collections are their pit bully. These criminals ruined my credit without a Nevada Court Judgement nor was I ever evicted by($2550 and counting...Ha!) "Cayman Bay" or "Entrata di Paradiso"...whatever silly name they go by. I currently am disputing their false allegations..I mailed dispute letters to all 3 credit bureaus. I also plan to seek professional consultation to mediate. After I have exhausted all alternatives...I will take Clark County Collections to Small Claims Court for the maximum of $1000. Reason: Wrongfully attaching a derogatory statement on my credit report without Proof of Judgement from the State of Nevada. These folks are criminals...please don't even consider moving here! You will thank me later...so will your credit score! Read more: http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/NV-Las-Vegas-Entrata-di-Paradiso-formerly-Cayman-Bay-Apartments-958904.html#ixzz0OFaOggSb
