I think I wrote a review a year or so ago. This is a warning to prospective tennants. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF RENTING in the place. It is not safe for children or adults for that matter. When first built around 1990 - it was a showplace. You needed references and first/last month rent (then around $450)along with a security deposit. By the time I relocated there in 2000 it was starting it's decline. It was still operated by the original owners - but the were looking to sell. When finally sold around 2002 - safety, maintainence, upkeep went downhill rapidly. I firmly believe the californians who bought the place intended to go condo. It recently sold for $55 Million (480 apts on 20 acres)in 2007. Under a normal business plan - (7-year ROI) this was way, way overpriced. Meaning it was for investment only. They will not do anything as per the numerous reviews on this site. Furthermore, the "urban creep" factor in real estate (what was once near suburbia - now is a metro center) has taken that entire Rainbow/Cheyenne area. I'll betcha they're looking for commercial zoning - and sooner or later they'll get it. One thing current residents can do is form a "tennant union" - hire a good lawyer and you'll see things change quickly.

Update: they have already blemished my credit/fico score and Clark County Collections are their pit bully. These criminals ruined my credit without a Nevada Court Judgement nor was I ever evicted by($2550 and counting...Ha!) "Cayman Bay" or "Entrata di Paradiso"...whatever silly name they go by. I currently am disputing their false allegations..I mailed dispute letters to all 3 credit bureaus. I also plan to seek professional consultation to mediate. After I have exhausted all alternatives...I will take Clark County Collections to Small Claims Court for the maximum of $1000. Reason: Wrongfully attaching a derogatory statement on my credit report without Proof of Judgement from the State of Nevada. These folks are criminals...please don't even consider moving here! You will thank me later...so will your credit score!
