This is a warning to any prospective renters. If you are looking for a safe, quiet, & clean place to live, do NOT rent at Paradiso.
We lived there in 2007 and it was a horrible experience. The inside of the apartments were disgusting. The carpets got dirty and dingy really quickly no matter how many times you tried cleaning it. The kitchen sink would always clog and their technicians would sometimes take up to 3 days to come fix it. Which left me to wash out dirty dishes in the bathroom sink, I'm sure you can imagine how miserable that was for me. The parking there is assigned and the other tenants don't care if they park in YOUR spot. This ghetto girl started a fight with my husband over OUR spot - HELLO, we paid for that spot! Safety issues: My daughter came close to being run over by a mini motorcycle that some punk was riding on the pathways. My daughter was in the middle of the pathway and he came zipping on this motorcycle and came within a foot of hitting her. There are SMALL (2 year olds) children unsupervised running around in the parking lot, climbing in and out of their apartment windows - talk about trashy. I had mold growing underneath my bathroom sink. My 2 year old daughter at the time was always sick (her room was right next to that bathroom) We took pictures of the mold and sent them a letter stating that it needed to be fixed right away. I went into their office and made them SIGN the letter, so that we had proof that they read it and were aware of the problem. We had a 12 month lease but at 11 months, I was so depressed that I decided to write them a long letter begging them to let me out of my lease. I included the mold, the safety issues etc etc, and we were so happy to hear that they let us out of the lease 1 month early. I know 1 month wasn't a lot... but at that time, and in the state that I was in, I was extremely grateful. They didn't charge us any fees to fix anything up either. I think they knew better.

Update: they have already blemished my credit/fico score and Clark County Collections are their pit bully. These criminals ruined my credit without a Nevada Court Judgement nor was I ever evicted by($2550 and counting...Ha!) "Cayman Bay" or "Entrata di Paradiso"...whatever silly name they go by. I currently am disputing their false allegations..I mailed dispute letters to all 3 credit bureaus. I also plan to seek professional consultation to mediate. After I have exhausted all alternatives...I will take Clark County Collections to Small Claims Court for the maximum of $1000. Reason: Wrongfully attaching a derogatory statement on my credit report without Proof of Judgement from the State of Nevada. These folks are criminals...please don't even consider moving here! You will thank me later...so will your credit score!
