I read some of the negatives, and I think some of these people should try living at some other apts. I've lived at. This place is clean, quiet, and I feel safe here. Yes, there are rules, and alot of people don't like rules so of course they are unhappy when they get in trouble. As far as the office staff, I have never had any problems, but then again, I follow the rules, pay my rent on time, park where I'm supposed to and supervise my child, so I don't have much occasion to have run-ins with the office staff. In regard to car vandalism that is a big problem anywhere in Vegas, whether you have a house or apt. This complex is much better than other places charging the same money.

I too live here and if you had lived here when the previous owers had this complex you would understand why others are complaining. This place has went way down hill since it changed management. I also pay my rent on time and cause no problems. Raised the rent astronomically and then get crappier conditions.
