New Management Turned these Apartments from Good to Bad!

Since the new management/company took over, these once wonderful apartments are ruined. Upkeep of the grounds is never done, the new tenants they allow in are usually young kids who are loud and invite way too many friends over, and the smell of drugs in the evening is common. Since the take over, rent went up and the services went down. They hired a rent-a-cop that sits in the exercise room eating and watching TV instead of the complex. We would always have to go to the office instead of them coming to us like before. As soon as the new company came in, we quickly looked at relocating. As far as the management team goes: one hardly speaks English, paperwork retention is aweful, they say one thing and then do the other, and they frequently lose things. I would not recomend this as a home for anyone!

That is pretty darn hilarious!!!! The office staff consists of three caucasion ladies, one is Australian. Since when is an Australian accent considered hardly able to speak English... I bet she speaks better English than you. I am confused by your comment... "We would always have to go to the office instead of them coming to us like before"... What, do you expect them to pick up your rent for you? And if they always lose things as you say, why would you want them to do that? What would they need to come to you for, I don't get it? Sounds to me like you have a nuisance for a neighbor, but I can tell you this is not the norm for the entire complex. I walk my dog around the entire community every night (he needs the excersise) and have never smelled drugs. Don't see many "young kids with too many friends over" either. Again, it must be your neighbor. Report them to the police if you smell drugs. What apartment are they in? I'll make sure to pass them on my walks, and if I smell drugs, I will call the police. Deal?

I do agree with the fact that the office staff is not friendly. The one with the accent is the rudest woman I have met in a long time. The other two are so - so... The last office staff was friendly and very helpful.. I was able to talk to them. These people just want your money and want you out of there... Maintence is a joke... Do we even have any?? Still waiting on a repair I asked for 6 weeks ago... If you ask, they act like you are bothering them. I cant wait to get out of here. And no I dont do drugs, smoke or drink. Dont have kids and I keep to myself here.

The above is the absolute truth. Lived there for over a year from 2007 to 2008 and since the new management took over, they seem to let everyone in, maybe they went section 8? Who knows, but there has been a ton of criminal activity, drugs, rude office staff, rude security, etc. What a joke
