At the City of Las Vegas Planning Commission meeting held 4/13/06, the applicant and owner Donia Family L.P. requested and received approval to convert this 228 unit apartment complex to condominiums. The approval was final action and will not go on to the City Council for their approval.

No timetable was given as to when the conversion process would begin.
