I STILL live here, not by choice mind you. My water is off as we speak. They sent a letter saying the water would be off tomorrow. I tried to call the office & their phone is disconnected!!! I tried to call the maintence guy himself & HIS phone is disconnected!! WHAT THE F&%$!!!
I have lived here going on 2 years & am very desperate to move.
Last week, The police were hunting someone down & the person ran through here... They had helicopters & dogs. This is the second time this has happened here that I know of.
There is BLACK MOLD growing in my bathtub area because of a leak that they refuse to repair. The tiles are coming loose as well.
My stove caught fire & it took them a week to replace it. My MICROWAVE caught fire & they haven't replaced it. (it comes with the apt) I asked that they check the wall because it connects to the same outlet & they refused saying it is NOT an electrical problem. The wouldn't even check!!
My heat barely works & the venting is terrible... NO heat to my bedroom!
Do yourself a favor & move into the apartment further up the block. They are only 25$ more a month BUT WELL worth it!!
