OK, give them a break on the water.........sure I was just as miserable and P O'd
as the rest of the complex. But when underground pipes break and buildings are about to fall in on them selves, I think a couple of days without water is understandable. Espically when the management has a couple of total idiots for maintence. Thankfully Management has changed and the bozo's are now and have been gone for some time.
Granted we did go almost 5 mos with out knowing if we would have a hot shower or not! Not the happiest of tenneants at that point. But new boilers have been installd and now we are never without HOT water. And the maintence men are pretty personable and willing to help you out when ever they can.
As for the bad guys running through the complex, look where you are!! your in Las Vegas buddy and the criminal elements are EVERYWHERE. Yes bad things happen to good people all the time but as long as I have lived here I have always felt safe, no matter what time of day or night I may be leaving or coming home.
My major comp;aint is the parking, to many visitors take up the awning spots and nobody does anything about it. I feel we all should be assigned one covered parking ane one not. Anybody else can park on the street!
