The Evergreen has a professional new manager and new staff. Things are obviously improving. The grounds are clean. The graffiti is gone. Each apartment is individually alarmed. There is a lot of grass and open parking. Great value for the price.

Sounds like a dog and pony show. I drove by the complex and since I moved last year it still looks the same if not worse. Just look at the cars in the lot, that should tell you what class of renters there are. The last review from annonymous seem like it is from the staff trying to drum up renters. A wolf in sheeps clothing. I would use extreme caution and really check it. Just look at the tennis court. See if any changes were really made. I am an ex-tennant ran out by roaches and every six months raising the rent. The staff did not care because the owner did not care. New mgt or not if the owner still does not care the what can the mgt do? Good luck but I would move on.

I'm SO HAPPY I MOVED!!! I lived in Evergreen for 2 yrs & have recently moved out... my last nieghbor was a NUT CASE!!! There were drug dealers across the street & they regularly use the pool & walk around as if they live there... SCARY PLACE TO LIVE!!
