Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
Water pipes constently broke leaving without water. The took out the free cable and added a 30 dollar water charge without having your own meter. I live in a town home with my washer and dryer and pay 11.00 dollars a month with twice the sq. ftage. Run far away.
