This complex is so far away from everything. The traffic on Blue Diamond, going to and from I-15, adds about 10 minutes to your drive. There's a truck stop right off the freeway so there are huge semis, crawling like snails, that add to the traffic problem.

Management is nonresponsive. I told them twice about a problem I was having, to no avail.

Worst part is that they will tell you that you're "guaranteed a covered parking space." That guarantee is an outright lie. Parking is not assigned here nor will it be, according to management. They send out little memos reminding tenants that each apt. gets one covered parking space and to not park their extra cars in those. Like anyone pays attention to THAT. And mgmt. does nothing to back it up. There's a motorcycle chained to a covered parking space that very rarely moves as it's owner also owns a regular vehicle.

I paid $1,100 a month to live here and half the time had to walk the length of 4 buildings from my car to my apt.

Also, don't plan on the wonderful "cascading water features" they advertise. The stupid fountains aren't even filled up let alone working. Not once, while living there, did I see any fountains.

I was the first person to live in this apartment and the carpet is already pulling apart at the seams and bubbling. BRAND NEW CARPET. Cheap carpet is what it is.

It's not worth the money. Not at all.
