When we first moved in in Jan 04, the apts were not fully occupied and were only 6 months old. As time went by the promise of a covered parking space disappeared and we were left with walking nearly 300 yds to our apt. The management and your lease make the statement that a covered parking space is virtually guarenteed, but couldn't care less whether that happens or not.

Our mail was stolen from the communal mail boxes at the end of Jan. Management did not tell us or any other occupants of the theft, despite having had the police around and the mail boxes repaired. We were not the only ones to have had stolen mail. We only found out about it 3 weeks later when a letter from the Post Office stated they had recovered mail and apprehended the thieves. The front gates are usually broken making the use of gate openers useless.

The noise levels in the apts is generally ok, but beware that the bathrooms seem to have no soundproofing whatsoever.
Groundskeeping is generally good, but the wonderful pictures of the gurgling fountains are for sales presentation only. They don't work.

On the plus side, the apts are great, spacious and of a high build quality. Maintenance are usally very timely and fixed things first time. The pools and hot tubs are great for all ages.

Overall, things could be a lot better. Stop making false claims about parking spaces. Presentation is great but unfortunately delivery falls well behind.
