My experience has been positive. It's quiet aroung bldg. 3 and 4. I haven't had any problem with parking in this part of the complex. Respectful neighbors.
Also, the bldg. construction seems good in terms of noise reduction. I haven't been disturbed by neighbors' music or television. The complex seems well maintained.
In my interaction with the office and maintenance personnel, they have proven professional and courteous.
Once, I called the management office at approx. 5PM because I realized my purse, including APARTMENT KEYS, had been stolen. A maintenance representative met me after normal working hours to accommodate my request for a change of locks. I feel safe here (single woman). When I tried to tip him in appreciation, he kindly declined.
I have lived here for almost 8 months.
