Scorpions and Rodents

I have been a resident for 2 plus years at the Fairways. I have a scorpion problem that has resulted in a second bedroom no longer being occupied out of fear. The mice do not make any noise but sure do make a mess on the patio and in the storage closet. Since the freeloaders have moved in I have lost square footage and what was once an amenity. Be aware these are not isolated sightings, they have become family members! Too bad there is not a star rating for pest control. They should waive the pet deposit and hand out a free cat with move in. In addition there are vehicles parked in prime spaces first from walkways that have not moved for months, the probability of ever getting a close space to unload bags is zero. Rent has always increased with renewal. The grounds are kept well but looks are deceiving, fountain at entry has work for the past year prior to that it was a pond without the fish. Must say the leasing staff is ALWAYS polite.

I really don't understand a yes recommendation here? You have scorpions and rodents in a room you can not use. Rent will increase at any rental once your going to renew. But how do you continue to rent in a place that you can't use the room and you marked yes recommending this place. I am totally confused with this rating??
