ok so i just moved in about a month ago and thought what a great place to live since it is a nice area, wrong there is a lot of kids wondering around late at night and making noise. the office staff is nice but it seems they approve anyone to live here since they don't verify income. we put in a few work orders and still have yet to get them fixed. i am very upset with my choice to move here. i can just say i am thankful i only sighed a short lease. another thing is when you are promised something at move-in you have to fight to get it. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!

Don't you have anything else to do with your life? Have you worked at The Fairways? Do you know their policy on income verification? Or are you the kind of [erson who profiles people. You see someone dressed a certain way or speaking a certain way, and you assume they make less money than you. You beleive that if a person does not make a certain amount of money, they should not be allowed to live anywhere near you. this is where the world is! Shamefull!!
