I've lived at the Fairways for over a year and of course I've heard about scorpions, but have yet to see one for myself. As for the post about mice...I've again never seen one. The floorplans are great. The grounds are usually very clean. The staff is so nice. The manager David is a great guy and Josh is always very helpful. Parking depends on what area you're in. Some places it's no problem others you may have a little walk...but that's typical with any apartment complex...if you want better parking, buy a house.

I completely agree with you. I have lived in many apartment communities, and The Fairways is by far the best I have lived in. As far as seeing scorpions, it's a desert! All people have to do is call the office and get on the exterminator list. It's that easy.
