This was as disappointed as I have ever been in an apartment. First off, the office staff doesn't give a damn about anything once they get you moved in. These people will rent to anyone---I was constantly being kept up by noisy neighbors and I am a single guy who is not very picky. As noted by the prior review this place has a horrible ant problem. I did not know one tenant who didn't have frequent infestations. The office staff even conceded to me that "it seems that this place was built on a giant ant hill." On the plus side the grounds are kept up very nicely and the maintenance staff is generally competent and courteous. The 2 bedroom apt. has a nice layout and is generally bigger than most Vegas apartments. Overall, my recommendation is definitely do not live here! You will be disappointed---trust me, the smiling faces in the rental office turn to sneers once you move in. Living in Summerlin is fantastic---buy a house and forget Falling Water---it will be the best decision you ever make.
