Okay then. Let's try and stick to the facts. The managers name is Marty. I do not understand what is allegedly fake about him; perhaps some Anonymous poster can clarify it. The current staff is: Sylvia, Chelsea, and Leslie. NOT ONE TIME has a problem been unaddressed or unresolved. Disclaimer: I just live here.
Maintenence: it's three guys: Raphael, Mike, and David. All speak English.
Parking: some buildings are parking impaired. Others have plenty of covered and uncovered spaces. Ask before signing. I know my space is directly in front of the stairway that leads up to my apartment.
Ants: they do live in the walls of some buildings. They can enter an apartment with ease through the sprinkler outlets; electrical outlets; etc. Don't let them.
My conclusion: I actually think things are getting better. The so-called recession has eliminated many of the borderline tenants that have now gone broke and left. Most, if not all, of the Culinary whitecoats are gone because they are also broke.

The person that wrote this review is clearly part of Falling Water management. There is no way any resident knows the names of all these people since they change every few months. Quite a defensive post of people who won't be here in a month or two don't you think?

The first Any Mouse is lying to stating I am "clearly part of Falling Water management". That is a lie.I do not work for Olen. I do not work for Falling Water. I am just a resident. You Any Mouses are starting to sound like idiots.
