Don't ever rent at Falling Water you will regret it. They rent it to just anyone who makes noise all night long and management never seems to do anything about the noise.. they had renters of Le cordon Bleu that just partied all night long and even if the students from that school did something wrong they wouldn't do anything because it's free money for falling water. And also for couple of months one of the neighbors had parties and radio blasting at 3:00 o'clock in the morning. They also had shooting, robberies, people doing drugs and management did not evict these people after we had told them about the problem.. and during summertime ants would infest the apartments after so many times of spraying them chemicals. Some staff are helpful but most weren't they don't ever want to hear your problems after giving them month to month rent.

My only comment on the ants is that they essentially live in most of the buildings between the walls. If a scout or two is sent into a unit and they find food, the army will follow. To others that read this, I recommend a semi-annual spraying of the fire sprinklers with a can ofRaid; this has prevented them from trying to invade my unit.
As far as the "whitecoats", I have mentioned them in my reviews. A few will acually become chefs. Most will not, as they are immature big kids that treat their unit like a college dorm. I just call Metro whenever I see anything suspicious.
