I have just recently signed a lease to live here. The property is fantastic and the office staff extremely helpful. When I visited the property all of my questions were answered and I was able to see the exact apartment I would be renting! So much better than the jazzed up models apartment communities like to show you. So far I am very happy. My apartment is on the 3rd level overlooking the pool/golf course. I only share one wall with a neighbor and I have never heard them. Parking is ample and the few children I see are polite and well behaved. I will update this in a few months once the newness has worn off.

Welcome to the community. I have lived at FW for the last 4 1/2 years and have posted regular updates for those that want to hear the truth. Recently, it seems the manager (Belinda) has become fed up with the whitecoats (culinary students) and is in the process of throwing some of them out. They will not be missed.
By sheer coincidence, I am soon moving within the complex to Building 7 next to the clubhouse. My only suggestion to you overlooking the pool is that if the late night shenanigans get a little out of control (you WILL see and hear it), report it. It's us versus them; and I hope you are part of us.
