i have lived here for almost two months and I LOVE IT! the staff is great and helpful. i haven't had anything wrong with my apartment so i haven't had to call maintenance for any reason. i did have ants right in the begining...they were probably excited to see who the new tenant was...but i bought some raid and they haven't been back since. it is very quiet, especially compared to other apartments that i have lived at. it is an apartment, you do have close neighbors, you will hear some things, but i have not heard or experience any loud parties or anything of that sort going until the early hours of the morning. i sleep very soundly every night. everyone that i have come across here (other tenants) are very nice and considerate. the kids are as well. the parking spaces are close together, but as long as you know how to drive and park you will be fine. the carports aren't that tight...i have never hit my door on the metal posts (goes back to knowing how to drive/park). overall, like i said before, i love it and recommend living here to everyone. it is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities & staff and a great & convenient location.
