we viewed many apartments prior to choosing falling waters. The key point was that we love the pool and go in every day. They told us no problem it is heated. They did not tell us that the policy says to be heated on Oct 31st according to headquarters. This is not how it is portrayed by the sales personnel, nor the flyers and web site that states lovely heated pool period.Currently pool still not heated as of Nov 15th due to heater failure. I truly believe they are trying to save money on pool heating bills. We cant complain to headquarters in California to the owner since not even the government know exactly who owns falling waters or better known as Olen properties.Other than this which is veery important to us it seems to be a veery nice facility with nice neighbors, and very quiet but to us this is a very large problem that is not being taken care of.

Let's at least clear up one thing, although we cannot clear up the spelling errors in the original post.
Falling Water is an Olen property.
