Not Worth It

I have lived here for a year now. I am not renewing my lease. The new manager is very fake. The office staff always changing and not able to answer questions without asking the manager first. My neighbor is a culinary student and is the loudest b***h. I complain and nothing is done. Parking is awful. The covered areas are designed poorly and if you happen to be next to someone who can't park forget it. The maint. is bad. If they are not busy driving around on golf carts and parking in resident parking spaces to have a smoke they are only fixing things with tape and glue. If you need major repairs, just hire someone. I did, its easier that way. The apartments are outdated. If you happen to look at the model notice the age of the kitchens and bathrooms. The appliances are at least 10 years old and are crap. The pool is usually closed for maint. or people who don't live in the complex are using it and make it crowded. This place is neither good or bad. Its just overpriced summerlin. I am in my 20's and make a great salary, so please don't think this is an older person stuck in the era they were born. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
