I have lived here for 5 years and this place continuously gets worse every year. The only reason I don't move is a combination of lazyness (on my part), and location. The location is very favorable for me so thats about all this place has going for it.
Management staff - Very unfriendly, do not want to help, fake, unwilling to do basically anything for you, and constantly changing. The new manager is is an ------- and very abrasive to us tennants. I can't believe he is in that position.
Maintenance staff - Seem like ok guys but they wear their muddy shoes in your apartment and make a gigantic mess every time they are here. They park their golf cart in your parking space (which is a hug annoyance). Moslty do not speak english.
Parking - Terrible. Locations of your assigned space are all over the place. Be prepared to walk pretty far from your apartment to get to your spot.
Grounds - The -------- keep this place up really well. I am fairly impressed, but this is contracted out so of course they are good.
Apartment - I have the 2 bed 2 bath and I like the layout a lot. I am very very clean (almost OCD) and we got infested with ants at one point (in our bathroom'''). We treated the ants with some pesticide and it took about 2 months to clear up. It seems mostly everybody gets infested with ants at some point. Mold is also a chronic problem when talking to other residents.
I don't recommend this place for all these reasons. There are so many more places out there that my friends live at that are so much better. And cheaper!!!

I agree with what this person has stated. Everything is true and this place has really gone to hell. Security is becoming and issue as well. Over Easter weekend our neighbor was robbed while he was sleeping! The management refuses to hire security, saying its not needed. I disagree! Cars have been broken into numerous times as well as the mailboxes, though that seems to have slowed down recently. Look at lasvegasliving dot com. These places are great, updated, and cheaper than any Olen property.
