Extremely unsafe and uncomfortable

Years at this apartment: 1996-01-01 - 2002-01-01

The manager seems to be nice, but she
answers to the owner, Inland Empire, who
told me that if I didn't like my criminal
neighbor, I should move out, and said I
can't pick my neighbors.

This is typical
of local weekly apartments, and I have been
told this is the best of them by snowbirds.
Watch your back every minute in the parking
lot and laundry room.
