This place is horrible. Keep away by all means!
Building is in poor condition. My apartment got a serious water leak from upatairs and all my stuff was soaked in dirty water. The response of the office was "none of our business". And it was in the week before Christmas. These people never care about what your life is like!
Second, all the doors and windows in each apt open to a long corridor. You can hear people walk outdoor. There is no privacy and you can never open door or window. Air in the room get worse and worse.In the room, I saw croaches everywhere and all sorts of bugs.
The yard looks ok at first, but it started to stink horribly for two weeks for unknown reason. And you can always see unattended pets in the yeard and nobody cares.
Keep away from this place by all means, even if you are desperate for a place to live. I would rather recommend you choose a motel or a small hotel for a tempeoary home until you find a good apartment instead of this place. If you have to live there, remember that words of office people are not trustable, so make them write everything they say. All people in this office are horrible. If you believe in what they say, your life will get in trouble because they are not responsible for what they said and they don't care what you think.
Keep away from this apartment to avoid trouble!
