Original managment was unreliable and misrepresented many things about the apartments. They cashed my advanced rent payment two months before I arrived, then charged me a late registration fee (a problem they promised to rectify but never did), and then when I arrived on the move-in date, they didn't have an apartment ready for me. After my initial problems things got a bit better, esspecially after the managment changed. However, my stove only had one working burner and maintence refused to fix the other three. Serious maintenece problems like broken toliets however, are tended to promptly. Overall, the community is very quite on most days and a nice loud fan in your bedroom can drown out any external noise while you sleep. Most of the apartments have been renovated, but make sure you have seen the one you will be getting before you sign your lease, and then get a photo copy of it so they can't stick you with a bad room. Also, note that there is no security. You can only call the courtesy officer if your problem is of the non-life-threatening variety. It can be a rough area but is better than others nearby, and is located close to shopping and bus lines. It's a decent place to live for a short time, however, I wouldn't reccomend a longterm stay.

Small laundry facilities

Other Pluses:
Lots of extra parking, multiple vehicles not a problem
Nice well kept outdoor pool and spa
Friendly office staff
