I would not recommend the Fiestas to a friend that likes to sleep. The general appearance and location are alright but I have had on going problem with neighbors who like to play their music (which they play with alot of base, which shakes everything in your own place) at all hours and obviously, nothing is done to curb this. I won't be renewing my lease.
