Been a total nightmare, worst place I've ever lived. There was dried pee on the bathroom floor when I moved in, whole place was filthy. Then they sold them for condos and lied the whole time about that, raised rent WAY too much. Never had rent raised so much. And everything kept breaking, two major water leaks (MAJOR) and all they do is take out water, major mold hazard. Were ok people living there initially but now HORRIBLE neighbors, dealing drugs and making SOOOOOO much noise, out on porch all hours of night yelling and screaming. Many people allow their dogs to run free, ignoring leash rules, office does not care. Also very few people clean up after their pets, the place is disgusting with poop everywhere. If you want a nice place to live, do not live here. By the way...those "great" 6 month leases that they now offer will only mean they will raise your rent EVERY 6 MONTHS! Beware.
