My wife and I have lived here for 9 months and are on the tail end of our lease. When we first moved in here during the blistering summer heat, our a/c broke 2x. It took them several days to fix the problem (both times) after several complaints from us. During those times our apt. reached 95 degrees inside. WE HAVE AN 15 MONTH OLD SON at the time. Then we had problems with our sink backing up in the kitchen. Then our dryer was broken for SEVERAL weeks before being replaced.....the list goes on and on. Two weeks after moving in, the jacuzzi room was shut down. A big reason why we moved in here. We were told it was because of vandalism. They were getting estimates and should have it reopened in a week or 2 after they install video survelience cameras. I accepted that. Well, here it is 9 months later and the jacuzzi room was just RECENTLY reopened after being closed for 8 1/2 months, but it is still only open until 5 or 6 pm, then its bolted shut. Well, thats great for people that work at night and have time to lounge at the pool and sit in the jacuzzi during the day. Very slow response to maintainence problems. After speaking with the manager, the maintainence supervisor as well as several other staff members, I've come to the conclusion that it is all the property owners fault. At least that's what management leads me to believe. Everytime I complained about something, I was told that I should write a letter to the owner complaining because "these issues have been addressed to the owner and nothing gets approved to get done." Talk about passing the buck! Our lease is up in a month or 2, we are MOVING..........Management seems to be trying, but nothing really gets done. The gate to the entrance is ALWAYS BROKE. I've counted at least 9 or 10 times that it is broke and stuck in the open position. Just do your research prior to moving in is all I can say. On the positive note, the grounds are very well maintained.
