Worst place I have ever rented from. Let me walk you thru my move in, the unit did not have a fridge & the dryer & washer were nor even installed. The fridge they brought in was made in 1977, when the complex was built. Needless to say, not one thing has been repaired/renovated since the building was built. Condominiums my ass!! Condos would have seen some repair since 1977. Original cabinets painted black under any sinks to hide water damage, kitchen counters painted over, no working fire detectors, no cleaning crew had been thru and it was..INFESTED!!! The fridge (from 79) did not cool and was "replaced" 2x before a new unit was received (they cleaned up the same fridge & brought it back twice.) Air conditioning ran for four days straight before I demanded a replacement. Took 2 weeks to get that & I am lucky from what I hear from other tenants. The technician stated that it was the original unit (from 1977) after he pulled it out of the wall. Maintainance walks in unannounced, good thing I have an Akita or lord knows what would've gone missing!! Every repair is like pulling teeth. The only thing in decent condition is the landscaping, which I'm sure can be credited to the Homeowner Association not the management. I am highly considering breaking my lease just to get away. Beware of the Meadows Condominiums!!! They are the gates to hell!!!
