I lived at the Fountains at Flamingo for 4 years (1996 - 2000). My husband and I were very satisfied with the service that we received at the apartments. The front office staff was always friendly and so were the maintenance workers. When we had to break out lease and move out of state, the Manager, Dorothy Blevins was very cooperative and helpful with us. We lived in both the one and two bedroom apartments, each one was well maintained and we had very nice and friendly neighbors who had lived there for over ten years. AL though I no longer live in the state, I had to write in my review after having read the horrible one prior to mine. Yes, there was a rapist that attacked at the community, he hasn't hit in over two years. Other than that experience, our time at that community was the best we have experienced. We had pool parties (at pool 2) and organized summer softball games with other members of the community. The water problem got to be annoying, so that was my only complaint.
