Horrible management

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Our mail boxes have been broken for over a week...in the meantime the office has our mail in piles all over the place! Is this even legal' Sometimes you have to remind them to check all the piles! They never fix anything - and yes, it's true there are Scorpions.... Don't even bother to view these - I've been here over one year and it isn't worth it!
