i have lived here for many years and they underwent a change in management. at first things seemed to be better with more cleaning of the common areas but then the real fatigue set in.

i still live here and don't plan on living here much longer.

from boilers bursting to plumbing problems to fires and nonrepaired damages to roofing problems to an unworkable gym for one reason or another to just so much litter and refuge. i called 1 problem in 3x and it still hasn't been fixed and it's major.

they must not screen their prospective tenants. they will rent to anyone so you have a bunch of careless tenants that treat the common areas as if this is a dumping ground. i wouldn't call it unsafe or dangerous and security is good. but they just don't put money into upkeeping things. it's a reasonable buy but i'd spend another 100-200 a month to make sure my plumbing doesn't burst and all my possessions are destroyed or to make sure some neighboring redneck does not set his buiding and the attached buildings ablaze which happened.
