if you live here, you will have no water at least 3 days a month. they shut off the water and don't notify the tenants. i'm guessing they are over their water bill allotment fund or just trying to save money.

on the times, there is a flyer on my door saying the water will be shut off on x day from this time to that time, the water is mysteriously on that day. so why send a note'

poor communication leads to really critical issues. if i had children or a newborn, i'd be screwed.

i guess i'll go take a ---- in the pool. that's the only place you are going to get regular water 'round here.
