4am in the morning I was woke up by our neighbor below knocking on the door to let me know water was leaking from her ceiling. I checked to see that our water heater had a broken pipe and our apartment was flooded. We called the "emergency" number around 10 times for a duration of about 3 hours and finally had someone show up close to 7am. If two damaged apartments is not enough to get the apartment manager, as well as maintanence supervisors attention, I would hate to see what this complex's definition of an emergency is....
