I was background checked, credit checked and damn near cavity searched to get accepted in to this complex. but every summer the pool is filled with non-english speaking day laborers some of which are employed by the fountains. How do they get into this place so easily. they even have non english speaking tour guides.
Maintenance crews need to gather from a good gene pool and not the local sewer.
work is not a word in their spanish to english dictionary!

not only did I get a free first months rent, I also got free pets straight from Arizona, yeah the Arizona bark scorpion!

It's sad to read the thoughts that some people have on non-english speaking people. First of all just because they don't speak english doesn't mean that they are illegal. And I don't know if you have ever worked with ---------, but we are the hardest workers I've known. But that is also generalizing. Like in any race or culture there is good and bad. So let's try to see people as individuals and not as a group. So far my experience at the Fountains is great. I'm Cuban, a us citizen, speak spanish and english, and very proud of my heritage. Let's be realistic the only true american is the Indian, everyone else that's here came from or is related to someone who came from somewhere else. Thanks a happy resident

I believe you have a strong point but I am inclined to agree with the writer that the management seem to lean favourably on Hispanic residents who flock the pool and laborers. Maybe because the head of the management and most of the staffs are ---------. Whatever race we are, we do tend to take care of our own don't we?
