I've lived here for 12 years now and we've gone through 3 different management companies. This is by far the best staff I've dealt with; the staff in the office and the staff who has worked on the issues I had with my apartment. They're all courteous and respectful when I come in to pay rent or to call for maintenance issues. It's not always peachy but I'm a lot happier now than before they took over. As for scorpions, I don't have that problem in my apartment. I haven't seen one. Overall, I like living here and will continue to live here.
