I've been here a year and a half. The current management let a serious leak in our ceiling continue for 8 months. I'm not kidding. I went to the office every couple of weeks to complain. After I went in with pictures and threats of suing they fixed it immediately. Plan on repeated visits to the office and frustration if something goes wrong. I also had someone parking in my assigned space for about 5 months. I personally had to put the complex's warning fliers on the offending vehicle. And once again until I called almost yelling and screaming nothing got done. Poor management. The staff is polite but results are minimal.
