This apartment complex is the worst. When I first moved in water was leaking from a sprout in the ceiling in the bathroom over my tub. It was horrible everytime the air conditioner was on the water would leak so I could never take a bath only showers. I called the office about the problem and was told maintenance would come over that never happened over and over I called with no resolution until I told them that this is a safety hazard mold or anything could grow and the tub turned a orange rusted color because of all the water then maintenance decided to fix the problem after 2 months.My downstairs neighbor has a stereo system that belongs in a concert hall and I was woken up constanly by the loud music. I made numerous complaints to the office just to be told they will put a letter on his door which would work for a few hours and then back to the same thing.I tried to talk to the tenant only to be asked when my work schedule was so he could play his music because he likes his music loud it took the office 2 yrs to correct this problem.Lights burned out,glass everywhere,people parked im my assigned parking space,the neighbors across from me stay on their balcony all night long having parties talking loudly and smoking weed and the office does nothing. This is place is very unsafe it is very dark at night unlit alot of strange people walking around and now they are renting to mental patients. When I moved in I had to jump through hoops to get this apt. obviously they stoppped screening their tenants and they let any weirdo move in now. I actually saw this guy going crazy in the parking lot pointing his finger at people as if it was a gun and his nurses just stood there trying to control him this is the last straw I am so getting out of here as soon as possible.Maintenance look shady and don't do any work it took a whole week and 5x of coming to my apt. just to change a stopper in the tub and the office does nothing unless you get loud and bascially cuss them out before they do anything. Just because it is close to the strip and convenient location isn't everything.
