Ok, I've lived here at the Fountains for about a year now. I've NEVER EVER had a problem with scorpions in my apartment. And I live on the first floor. The only problem that I really have with this place is the amount of cats that run around the complex. They drive my dogs nuts. But other than that, not a problem. I love the apartment I live in. My neighbors, for the most part, are quiet and keep to themselves.
One problem that I do have with the office is the fact that they wait till the last minute to let you know about something. And when you do call them back, they are either not available at the moment, or they're not in. And the person you speak with apparently does not give the person you need to speak to the message.
Other than that, The Fountains is a great place to live. I recommend anyone that would like a nice, affordable place to live here.

wow, u must be oblivious to ur surroundings.... lived there a long time, just moved in may, maybe u have a quiet building but u might want to pay attention to other areas sometimes i mean, ur in the same complex... and safety, how many times do u see the security guard? do u know that they only have security a few days a week? have u noticed the amount of cars with broken windows in the complex?? i didnt have scorpions either, and i had apartments in that complex on both the first and second floor, but at least i was aware of my surroundings. unless u dont notice the issues because u are part of the problem?
