As an ex-employee of the Fountains I would NEVER reccommend it to ANYONE!! They let practically anyone move in. Half the residents don't even qualify to live there. The cops are ALWAYS being called for domestic disputes, drugs, break ins, and stolen cars. Notthing in the common areas ever work. The entire time I worked there, the gates were broken, and anyone went in and out as they pleased. Then they gave out gate codes, and those STILL didn't work!! The sauna & the steam room were always broken too!!! The management sucks. The office is SOOO unorganized! No one is on the same page there. The Vice Pres. of the company is always there, and she's a HUGE liar! She'll tell you one thing & then do the complete opposite! 465 units & only 2 dinky little pools, and one tiny spa. The parking is so screwed up bcuz they changed everyone's spacs so many times. This place is a MESS!!!!! No one in there right mind should move here. That's part of the reason I quit that hell hold!
