This place sucks. Anyone can move in without hesitation. Theres always cops on daily basis, theres the most trashy, un-dignified people living here. My car alone was broken into 4 times in under a year. My visitors cars were also broken into. Kids set fire to the buildings and dumpsters. The staff is horrible. Problems are never fixed only become worse. They can never keep a staff for long periods of time. Management constantly changes. The gate system sucks and rarely works. The people living here do anything ( literally) they want and they get away with it.
All doors in apartment broke, washer/dryer broke multiple times. Water pipes break flooding living room. Insect infestation.
