Fountains At Smoke Ranch

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I have lived at the Fountains for over 3 years. Thru 2 management changes. It seems to be getting worse. When Stout was in charge the grounds were kept up but the facilities were let go ie. spa, pool etc. Now lately with new management my car has been towed twice. First time I didn't have my new sticker on it. Second time no sticker from tow company was on. I was parked in a space without a sticker on my car. Have asked management for two spaces since I have two cars. They won't let me have them. Also, there is garbage everywhere. Water running constantly from sprinklers that are not aimed properly. Had two almost break ins while at home. Thank God for my dog. Police are always on property. Homeless were living in unoccupied apartments. Management would leave doors unlocked. Security has gotten somewhat better but not by much. Teenagers still out late at night smoking pot.
