If you want to live in a sub-par aparmtent with pink countertops and brown carpet from the 80's, then the Fountains at Smoke Ranch are for you. Beyond the lack of modern amenities, it's an unsafe place to live. There have been armed robberies, and I blame the management for the unsafe conditions. The entry and parking lot lighting does not work, and when I asked management why they don't fix it, they told me that it was too expensive. Therefore, they would rather put their tenants life in danger than to spend any money to create a safe environment. So, if you want to feel unsafe, then coem live at the Fountains where the management could care less about you. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
