I just left there in august. MAinly because of management. They are some of the rudest people i have evr seen. secondly is the utility bill I moved in august I didn;y see a bill the entire time Stout managed, but the current management company sent me a bill in march for december-march with late fees. my first water bill was like 120 buck but they're only supposed to be 20 bucks or less. when I movee out and went to my walk thru she told me she already didi it and wouldn't go back with me. Now she got extra cleaning fees for them having to got to the dumpster twice when I stayed for an entire extra day to clean it up, but they didn't charge me for the whole I put in the wall moving ouit that only half way fixed. Or when my alcoholic neighbor went to the wrong door and kicked mine he fixed but it was very poorly done and they didn't charge me for that. bu the did charge me for a pet fee she claims she smelled animal urine in the carpe. The smell was coming from my patio because my neighbor that lived under me left his cat and it called my porch it's home. I complained atleast once a week (everytime I went out to bleach my patio). she claims i had a pet in the apartment ( my dog was born on aughust first I mnoved out august 5th)
